Submit an Event

We review every submission before it goes live. To keep the calendar useful for everyone, here's what we're looking for.

  • Open to the public — anyone can show up
  • On a specific date with a planned start time
  • Intentionally organized — someone is putting it on
  • In or near the San Gorgonio Pass region
Concerts, farmers markets, community meetings, classes, festivals, fundraisers, art shows, trivia nights, sports events, grand openings, and more.

Nearby but outside the Pass? We also cover Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Redlands, Highland, and Hemet — but only for destination-worthy events like named headliners, festivals, and special exhibitions. Weekly recurring programming doesn't make the cut.

  • Regular business hours — "We're open Tuesday–Saturday" isn't an event
  • Sales and promotions — "20% off this week" belongs in an ad
  • Private or invite-only gatherings
  • Political campaign events or partisan rallies
  • Vague invitations — "Come visit us anytime" needs a date

Not sure? Here's our rule of thumb: if they're promoting it as something special, it's an event. If it's just how they do business every day, it's not.
